The future of NATO after the Madrid 2022 ummit
We received an invitation from Adalede, Aesmide and the Ministry of Defense to participate in the event “The future of NATO after the Madrid 2022 Summit” that took place last Thursday, May 19.
The Event took place at CESEDEN (Higher Center for National Defense Studies) and was moderated by the Ambassador of Spain to NATO, Mr. Miguel Fernández Palacios.
Integra International, as a company integrated into the NATO environment and holder of the relevant accreditations at the highest level, feel fortunate to have been invited to such an important event.
During the event, we had the pleasure of listening to speakers such as: Mr. Ignacio fuente Cobo, Mr. Manuel Selas González, Mr. Pere Vilanova and Mr. Fernando López del Pozo, who participated in the production of the book “211 Strategy Notebook – The Future of NATO after the Madrid Summit 2022”, which can be free downloaded at the following link:

The aforementioned Summit has taken on a notorious importance since the outbreak of the war in Ukraine and, except for the extraordinary meeting that have been held due to the invasion, this will be the first scheduled meeting in which all the countries members will participate.
This Summit coincides with the 40th anniversary of Spain within the organization and it will deal with relevant issues for the organization and defense of the country members borders, such as the consequences of the war, the status of Russia for the member countries and future decisions to prevent and deal with this type of war event. In addition, to other topics such as the southern border of Spain or the possible countries that become part of the organization.
